Laboratory reactors
IKA laboratory reactors are the ultimate systems for optimizing and reproducing chemical reaction, mixing, dispersion and homogenization processes on a laboratory scale. The laboratory reactors can be individually adapted to numerous tasks. These include, for example, the production of creams and lotions as well as the grinding and defibration of solids and fibers in liquids or polymers. For the IKA laboratory reactors, single-walled or double-walled vessels made of borosilicate glass or stainless steel are available. Each with or without a floor outlet. Functionality, safety and durability are the focus of the development of IKA laboratory reactors.

The LR 1000 control is a modular, expandable laboratory reactor for the optimization of chemical reaction processes and for mixing, dispersing and homogenizing on a laboratory scale, especially in cosmetics and pharmacy. The system can be quickly and easily adapted to the respective application and specific needs.
Outstanding features are the intuitive menu navigation, integrated connections for pH and temperature sensors and various interfaces via which the display and storage of process-relevant data on the PC is possible. When using the labworldsoft® laboratory software (accessories), the reactor can be controlled via PC and further settings made. A cooling control valve connection is also integrated, which enables program-controlled cooling via a solenoid valve.
The medium can either be heated to the maximum temperature of max. 120 ° C or to a previously set temperature. A temperature sensor in the medium ensures that this is achieved. The scope of delivery includes a temperature sensor PT 100.30 and the corresponding holder LR 1000.61 for the lid.

LR-2.ST Starvisc 200 is a modular laboratory reactor for the optimization and reproduction of various chemical reaction, mixing and homogenizing processes on a laboratory scale.
The reactor system is particularly helpful in product development, as the STARVISC 200-2.5 control torque stirrer provides clarity during the research series as to whether the mixed material can be used as desired.
The system is particularly characterized by the agitator shaft mounts, which ensure that the high torque of the motors is transmitted safely. In connection with STARVISC, even highly viscous substances are mixed intensively, while the viscosity is displayed at the same time.
In addition, dispersing devices (ULTRA-TURRAX®), temperature sensors, flow breakers and other accessories can be installed in the free connections of the reactor cover.
