• To maintaining the integrity of assets within our possession and ensure that the health and safety of its client, employees, sub-contractors and other stakeholders are not adversely affected by its activities.
• To identify and create awareness of hazards within its facilities and ensure that control measures to reduce the hazards to ALARP are put in place.
• To ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training;
• To prevent accidents, cases of work-related ill health and continually assess and seek ways to improve HSE performance.
• To maintain safe and healthy working conditions and ensure safe storage/use of substances.
• To comply with applicable regulatory, statutory and specified customer requirements.

Quality Policy Statement

Abadom Enterprises Limited is committed to the provision of quality Technical Supplies and services which meet customers, statutory and regulatory requirements through the continual Improvement of its NIS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements in order to achieve its strategic objectives and enhance organizational performance

This Quality policy is supported by measurable objectives, implemented, maintained and continually reviewed for suitability, effectiveness and continual improvement during management review meetings.

The Top Management ensures that this Quality policy statement is communicated to relevant interested parties and all employees in a manner that shall ensure suitable application to assigned tasks.

Acohol and Drug Policy

Abadom recognises that the abuse of drugs and alcohol can be injurious to health and impair performance at work. Abadom therefore formulates, as a complement to HSE Policy, an Alcohol & Drug Policy, which

• Prohibits the possession, use, distribution or sale of alcohol or illegal drugs within the office or work sites.
• Prohibits being impaired by drugs or alcohol while at work.
• Conducts tests to ascertain possible abuse of alcohol or illegal drugs prior to accepting an individual for employment and during the course of employment.

Anti-fraud, Bribery, Malpractice and Corruption Policy

Abadom as a company is committed to ethical values and image in the highest esteem and therefore shall passionately conduct our business in a corrupt-free, anti-fraud and highly ethical manner that promote free enterprise, excellence and competitiveness.

Environmental Policy

We at Abadom Energy are committed to providing a quality service in a manner that ensures a safe and healthy workplace for all of us and minimizes our potential impact on the environment. We will operate in compliance with all relevant environmental legislation and we will strive to use pollution prevention and environmental best practices in all we do. WE will:-

• Reduce waste through re-use and recycling and disposed wastes generated during the course of our operations in an environmental friendly manner
• Integrate the consideration of environmental concerns and impacts into all of our decision making and activities,
• Promote environmental awareness among our employees and encourage them to work in an environmentally responsible manner,
• Train, educate and inform our employees about environmental issues that may affect their work,
• Promote efficient use of materials and resources throughout our facilities including water, electricity, raw materials and other resources, particularly those that are non-renewable,
• Purchase and use environmentally responsible products accordingly,
• Strive to continually improve our environmental performance and minimise the social impact and damage of activities by periodically reviewing our environmental policy in light of our current and planned future activities.

Local Content Policy

Our policy is geared towards developing and improving local indigenous capacity building in the Nigerian & State government, FMCG, Oil and gas companies, Private sector and other non-governmental organizations with a view to enabling Nigerians take active participation in order to improve the growth and development of the Nigerian economy.

Abadom Enterprises Limited Local Content Policy is to recruit suitably qualified Nigerians with emphasis on the immediate environment and Region in all our operations base where requisite resources are available locally without compromise to quality, technical integrity and operational effectiveness. The entire work force Presently consists of 100% Nigerians.

Abadom Enterprises Limited policy statement for local content Implementation is;

• To establish optimum degree of Nigerian content without compromising its objectives of operational effectiveness.
• To Train our management staffs, professionals i.e. Engineers, skilled labour, and other staff during execution of projects, so that future projects could attain higher levels of Nigerians participation & improvement.
• To expose our staff to new technologies through on the job or overseas training to be applied in the industry.
• Ensure that expatriate technical partners are disposed to working Harmoniously with locals and sub-contractors through cultural Education initiatives to embrace transfer of technology and to reap All rewards that mutual understanding and respect bestow.

Abadom Enterprises Limited focuses on training the work force as a trained worker is an invaluable asset; hence employees are encouraged to take full advantage of this gesture to developing and improving on their Knowledge and safety awareness. The level of training depends on the Type of task and level of supervision required. This is aimed at acquainting the worker with the work processes, necessary skills and behavioral attitude requirement.
